I think you need to come up with a new word, bjournal doesn’t roll of the tongue very easy. Blog, though sounding fairly stupid, is very easy to say.
It’s not a blog!
Bajournal? Wejournal? myjournal? hmm.. gonna stick with bjournal.
Ebjournal is already taken.

Stuck called it a blog, but if you insist on not calling it a blog how about using another word instead of journal.
